As the one-stop hub for student wellness, the Barnes Center at The Arch features programs, services and offerings that promote holistic health and well-being. We encourage and empower all to “Be Well” in their own, ever-evolving wellness journey.

At the Barnes Center at The Arch, we take a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses mind, body, spirit and community. Through a variety of activities, resources and services available, we embolden all to explore and expand their health and wellness interests and goals.

To me, wellness means not only taking care of your body correctly, but also taking care of your mind and well-being. I firmly believe the body and mind are one. The resources on campus like student clubs, professors and the Barnes Center help students take care of their bodies and minds.
