People and Culture

The Office of People and Culture, a unit within the Office of Human Resources, provides programs and services that promote employee engagement, professional development, faculty and staff retention, and reasonable accommodations for faculty and staff. The office delivers practical, responsive and forward-thinking programs that equip faculty and staff with the tools, knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
