Incoming first-year students are required to live in University housing for their first two years, unless their immediate family lives in the Syracuse area and they choose to commute. Unless you report "living with parent/family" on the CSS Profile, we will assign first- and second-year students the "Living On Campus" Cost of Attendance, and third- and fourth-year students the "Living Off Campus" Cost of Attendance.
If your Cost of Attendance in MySlice doesn't match your actual living situation, schedule an appointment with your Financial Aid Counselor in Orange Success or contact our office to have it updated.
