About the Program
The Direct Transfer Admission Program guarantees eligible OCC graduates admission to academic programs in the following Syracuse University schools and colleges:
- College of Arts and Sciences
- College of Engineering and Computer Science
- School of Information Studies
- Whitman School of Management
- College of Professional Studies (where they can complete a bachelor’s degree in four semesters)

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the program, OCC students must complete their degrees with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and enroll at Syracuse University the semester after completing their degree at OCC (a minimum 3.4 GPA is required for admission to the Whitman School of Management). Those with GPAs of 3.25 or higher (3.4 or higher for students enrolling in the Whitman School of Management) will be awarded a merit-based scholarship of at least $10,000.
