About this Program

  • Combine your computer science major with one or two minors from any of Syracuse’s other schools and colleges.
  • Participate in co-op and internship opportunities to gain professional, paid work experience in your field and still graduate in four years.
  • Collaborate with faculty on research projects at on- and off-campus institutes and labs.
  • Explore the College of Engineering and Computer Science’s 20 clubs and student organizations including CuseHacks and Women in Science and Engineering.
  • Earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management through the five-year H. John Riley Dual Engineering/MBA Program.
  • Earn a master’s degree in computer science one year after successful completion of a computer science bachelor’s degree through the 4+1 B.S./M.S. Program.
  • Graduate and work at companies like Accenture, Amazon, Apple, BAE Systems, Deloitte, EY, Fidelity, Google, Lockheed Martin, Mastercard, Meta, Microsoft, Raytheon and many others.
  • Accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
