Low Risk Activities

  • Picking up takeout
  • Going camping (with social distancing)
  • Going for a walk, run or bike ride outside (alone)
  • Opening the mail
  • Going for a walk, run or bike ride outside (with someone else)
  • Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing
  • Ice skating (outside with social distancing)

Moderate Risk

  • Eating at a restaurant (outside)
  • Taking a ride-sharing service
  • Consistently socializing with a small “bubble” of people
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Going to a museum
  • Shopping at a mall
  • Going to a moving theater
  • Going to a hair salon
  • Eating dinner at someone else’s house
  • Hugging or shaking hands

High Risk

  • Eating at a restaurant (inside)
  • Visiting friends at another school
  • Hosting friends from another school on or off campus
  • Traveling by plane
  • Going to a bar
  • Going to an indoor party
  • Playing beer pong
  • Sharing a drink (from the same glass)

Flu shots are expected for our community—students, faculty and staff—unless an individual has a compelling religious or medical exemption. .
