On Demand Shuttle Service
Parking and Transit on-demand shuttle service will run daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This service will take students to on or near campus locations, including Tops Plaza. On-demand arrangements can be made by calling 315.706.5060.
DPS on-demand service will be provided every day from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please call 315.443.2224 to schedule service.
Safety Escort Services
Syracuse University's Department of Public Safety provides safety escorts to ensure students arrive safely at their destinations. These services are reserved for times when other safe transportation methods, such as the Centro buses, are unavailable.
Walking Escorts
- Walking escorts will be provided by individuals wearing bright orange vest/jacket to students, faculty, and staff to and from on and near off campus locations. When they are not providing an escort, they will be strategically located along Euclid Avenue, as well as Walnut Park and Marshall Street. The Walking Escort program operates daily from 10:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. throughout the academic year.
Shuttle Escorts
- The Shuttle Escort Service operates daily 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. throughout the academic year by DPS Community Service Officers. Shuttle Escorts do not operate to the areas covered by Centro buses during their hours of operation.
