Douglas Biklen is Dean of the School of Education; and is a Professor in Cultural Foundations of Education and Teaching and Leadership, faculty in Disability Studies, and Director of the Institute on Communication and Inclusion at Syracuse University.

Donald Mitchell is professor of geography specializing in issues related to migratory labor and agricultural landscapes; urban public spaces (including their privatization); the homeless, hungry, and other marginal populations in U.S. cities; and cultural geography.
