Graduate Awards Information - Updated for 2013-14
Welcome to the Graduate Awards Information page! Below is a list of documents and forms used by departments for processing graduate awards. Forms, letter templates and Benefits and Responsibilities documents need to be downloaded for individual use. For questions concerning these documents, please email gradawd@syr.edu.
Completed assistantship (departmental) forms should be submitted to the graduate awards mailbox gradawd@syr.edu. SU Fellowship and scholarship forms must be approved by college deans' offices prior to submitting to Grad Awards.
Sponsored Assistantships, Traineeships, and Sponsored Fellowships:
The Graduate Assistantship Sponsored Tuition Remission form should be used for assistantships that are funded by sponsored grants, even if no tuition credits are being covered. The Scholarship Tuition Information Sheet and Monthly Stipend Information Sheet are used for traineeships and sponsored fellowships.The forms can be found on the Comptroller's Web site. Go to the Office of Sponsored Accounting; from the list, choose the appropriate form.
