Future Graduate Student Checklist

The process of applying to graduate school can seem daunting, but remember your prospective department is an experienced resource. Congratulations on your admission, and we look forward to welcoming you to the SU campus. The checklist below will help assure that your application is complete.

Accept your Admission:

Intent to register form
This form was included with your official letter of admission. You should complete and return it to formally accept your offer of admission. Please note that the permanent address appearing on the Intent to Register form will be used until you arrive on campus. Please update that address on the form before returning it, if necessary. Send completed forms to:

Pay a tuition deposit if required
Submit final official degree bearing transcript(s) and required documentation of your earned degree(s)
Obtain all required immunizations and file the health record form
Plan your first registration
File a FAFSA form
