We invite you and your family to visit Syracuse University and experience a taste of campus life. Please refer to the visitation options below.  We encourage you to call and register if you plan on attending an information program or campus tour.  The Office of Admissions is open during the school year Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

To schedule your appointment, call the Office of Admissions at 315-443-3611. Please indicate if anyone in your party is physically challenged and needs special transportation or other accommodations.

Winter Campus Day - February 20

Visit us during your winter break!  This event provides a great opportunity to spend the day on campus and explore everything SU has to offer.  Click here for more information and online registration.

Basketball Games

Cheer on the Orange by attending an SU basketball game during your visit to campus!  Contact the Carrier Dome Box Office to purchase tickets.

Admitted students: we'll begin hosting information programs for admitted students after March 16.  Please visit the Events for Admitted Students page for visitation options.

Daily Visitation

We are eager to meet you and show you around campus! We offer daily visitation options and can tailor your visit to meet your specific interests. Information Programs include a viewing of the University video and a question-and-answer session with a member of the Admissions Committee.  Campus tours are led by current students and usually last one hour.

We can also arrange for you to meet with someone in your academic interest area. Please call 315-443-3611 to schedule your visit.

We will offer an information program and tour on select Saturdays during the school year. Parking for Saturday visitors will vary due to on-campus events. Please visit Directions and Parking, and Accommodations for more information about how to get here and where to stay.

Pardon our dust

As you prepare to visit SU, please be sure to allow additional time for construction around Central New York and the University Campus.  Although travel to the University Avenue Garage will not be affected, University Avenue is under construction, making it a two-way street.  Sidewalks have been installed, but we ask that you use caution when traveling between the University Avenue Garage and the Office of Admissions.  You may also want to check local traffic and construction updates.

NOTE:

The Office of Admissions will be closed on Saturday, April 7 in observance of the Easter holiday.
Information programs are not offered on April 9, 11, 13, 16, 20, and 23 due to Spring Receptions for admitted students and Junior Campus Day.  A 3 p.m. campus tour is available on these days.
