  • ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to active full-time students (must be able to present proof and failure to provide proof may result in disqualification) currently enrolled in an accredited university or college. Full-time university or college student status is defined as 12 hours undergraduate

  • AMOUNT: The winner will receive a $6,500 scholarship .

  • DEADLINE: December 31, 2013 is the deadline to upload your video entry


  • ADDITIONAL INFO: The NACE Corrosion in Motion Video Contest is a global video competition encouraging college students to educate others about the issues of corrosion and how it affects today’s society. For this year’s challenge, students will demonstrate the impact of corrosion on a familiar structure taking into account the material, composition of the structure, as well as the environment where it is located. Individuals or teams may submit videos no more than 4 minutes in length. Winner’s video will be featured at CORROSION 2014 in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A.
