• ELIGIBILITY: Eligible applicants must be female, a resident of Onondaga County in NY, and enrolled in college for a minimum of 6 credit hours as a matriculated student in a graduate or undergraduate degree program and are returning to college or continuing your education for career advancement.

It is the purpose of these awards to encourage females, especially mature women, to continue their education for career advancement. Selection is based on academic potential in relation to stated education and career goals. Preference is given to those with economic need who have other responsibilities or extenuating circumstances while attending college.
