  • ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must be the son or daughter of an owner or employee of a Syracuse Builders Exchange member firm and have completed one year of college. Applicants must be taking construction-related course at an accredited college or university within New York State and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA. Preference is given to full time students.
