Healthy Monday is the day all health breaks loose.
Healthy Monday is a public health initiative founded in 2005 in association with Johns Hopkins University, Columbia University and Syracuse University.
Our goal is to end chronic preventable disease in the U.S. by offering people and organizations a weekly prompt to start and sustain healthy behaviors, intentions, actions and initiatives.
We work with for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations, with universities, churches and government agencies – to apply marketing best practices to the challenges of public health.
We help our partners use Monday motivation to move healthy products or services, raise funds, reduce health care costs, sustain awareness and/or drive disease management or behavior change programs.
We do this by offering on a case-by-case basis:
* science-based insights
* health-related content
* tips and compliance tools
* marketing concepts
* add-ons to boost media exposure
* ready-to-scale programs
We collect no fees of any kind. No complicated licensing agreements. Anyone is free to use the Healthy Monday concept any way they like. Use our logo, use your own or both.
Our goal is to help you leverage Monday to end chronic preventable disease in the U.S.
