Syracuse University

Syracuse University Ambulance is a volunteer-based student organization that provides quality emergency care to the university community. Founded in 1973, SUA is one of the oldest and most highly regarded collegiate EMS agencies in the country.

At collegiate EMS conferences, we have been awarded the Striving for Excellence Award more years than any other organization, and in 2004, were awarded the New York State EMS Agency of the Year Award. We provide training for all of our members, who can receive certifications including CPR-AED, NY EMT, CPR Instructor, and various emergency driving certifications.

SUA provides with countless leadership opportunities, as well as the opportunity to make a difference in the community.
