Engineers without Borders is a non-profit humanitarian organization that focuses on improving the quality of life for communities worldwide. After approval from EWB-USA in the summer 0f 2007, our chapter at SU has been  working on a project for an orphanage in South Kinangop, Kenya through an organization called Into Abbas Arms. Projects with the orphanage include designing and implementing a complete kitchen renovation as well as implementing an efficient and less expensive energy source. We are currently working on fundraising and design plans in hopes to travel during this summer.
