Steve Quick, VP & GM Global WorkPlace Solutions,Global Financial Services Market is pleased to announce the appointment of Gisele Marcus, Global Operations and Americas Group Account Leader.
In her new role, Gisele will be responsible for the Global Enterprise delivery across the Financial Services Market. She will work with the business development team in North America to provide operational and executive support to those pursuits whilst offering executive support for TD Bank and direct management oversight of the Humana account.
Gisele has been with Johnson Controls for eight years serving the company in various roles. In her most recent position of strategic account management, Gisele was responsible for enhancing the opportunities for our business to expand through contract renewals and increasing share of wallet with clients within the Americas. Prior to this role Gisele worked in South Africa for a year as the Transition Director for the mobilization of the Absa Account and for three years as the Customer Business Director for Ericsson, North America.
Speaking on her new role Gisele says, “This is a great opportunity to enhance client relationships in the Americas whilst strengthening our Financial Services Market offering to expand our share of the global market.”
Gisele has a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Syracuse University. She will be based Dallas, Texas.
