This session features guest speaker Jonathan Segal, partner at Duane Morris LLP, member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and former development officer for the University of Pennsylvania and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. A follow-up discussion will be led by Kevin Morrow, Anthony Rotolo, and Kelly Lux. Topics to be covered include:
