We couldn't do it without your support...

On February 1, 2011, we asked SU alumni, parents, and friends to join our Washington, D.C., regional fundraising effort for The Campaign for Syracuse University.

Today, we're happy to report that D.C.-area alumni showed a virtually limitless commitment to their alma mater, and gave in support of many things, both at SU and at SU’s D.C. home, the Greenberg House. And in just a few short months (February through June 2011), D.C.-area alumni and friends—including more than 100 members of Generation Orange—put their names on the map in a big way!

The resulting impact of these gifts on the lives of SU students is great, and includes:

>> Establishment of a faculty support fund in the Maxwell School

>> Continued leadership support of the Whitman School’s real estate program

>> Creation of the Greenberg Speaker Series by SUinDC programming advocate Paul Greenberg ’65

>> A $15 million gift establishing the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics from David ’72 and Rhonda Falk ’74

Perhaps even more impressive is D.C.’s overall participation in The Campaign for Syracuse University—raising nearly $59 million since 2003! For a complete report on D.C.’s efforts, visit suindcgiving.syr.edu.

Our thanks to you!
