 | On June 26, more than 1,200 SU alumni, students, friends, and family took in SU Day at Yankee Stadium. It was also Old-Timers' Day, with 50 former Yankees at the stadium for the festivities. Gates opened at 10 a.m., giving people plenty of time to see the stadium, visit Monument Park, and picnic with other SU alumni. At 2:15, the Yankees took on the Colorado Rockies under a beautiful New York City sun, winning 6-4.
A big thanks to SU National Alumni Board President Brian Spector '78 for all his hard work on the event, and to the Central New York Alumni Club for arranging for three buses from campus. View more photos on our Facebook page and click here for a video by Katie Hudson '10.
