This year during Orange Central 2011 there will be an All Greek Reunion, celebrating Greek life at SU. We hope you will be able to come back and relive the great times you had as part of the Greek organizations. Join our co-chairs, Emme '85, Jeff Glor '97 and Rick Wright G'93 as we celebrate Greek life at Syracuse University.
The reunion will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. in the Panasci Lounge of the Schine Student Center. It is open to all alumni who were members of a Greek organization when they were on campus. It will be a great opportunity to get everyone in the Orange spirit prior to the basketball game at 4 p.m. The All Greek Reunion will be just one of the highlights of Orange Central 2011 weekend. There are many other great events throughout the weekend, including:
- The Homecoming Parade and a pep rally in Hendricks Chapel.
- The Orange Central Bash and Orange Circle Awards, Friday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Goldstein Auditorium of the Schine Student Center. The biggest party of the weekend and it is just before the football game.
- The SU Homecoming Football Game against South Florida, 8 p.m. on Friday, November 11, click here for ticket information and enter the code SUCENTRAL.
- Saturday morning breakfast with the deans from the schools and colleges in the Milton Atrium of the Life Sciences Complex, 9-11 a.m.
- The Arents Award Luncheon on Saturday, 12:30-2:30 p.m., in the Goldstein Auditorium of the Schine Student Center.
- A Generation Orange Alumni Reception (classes out 10 years or less), Saturday, 2-4 p.m., Milton Atrium of the Life Sciences Complex.
- DanceWorks, First Year Players and Habitat for Humanity have receptions on Saturday, please see the Orange Central schedule for more details.
- There are also a number of events surrounding Veterans, Sustainability, Health and Wellness, and Judicial Ethics and Politics.
- The Basketball team will play its first game of the season against Fordham at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
