Alumni Relations and Career Services invite you to: Connecting with Confidence: A How-To Night on Networking.

Looking for a job? Have one that you don’t really love? Just want to perfect your networking skills?

Join us for a night of connecting for career success. Career Services’ Director Mike Cahill and Alumni Programs Coordinator Kim Brown '06, along with a group of established SU alumni, will share what works – and what doesn’t – when it comes to networking, both in person and online. You’ll go in-depth on LinkedIn, hear from our alumni who use it actively about the best interactions they’ve had, and practice networking exercises that will leave you feeling confident.

We will start in a classroom setting and then move to a reception to give you the opportunity to practice what you learned, juggling drink, food and conversation in a professional setting.

The event will be held at Syracuse University’s Lubin House, 11 East 61st Street, between 5th and Madison, and is limited to 50 participants. The cost is $10 and reservations are first come, first served. Business attire is required.
