In partnership with Career Services, Alumni Relations is pleased to continue the Spring 2012 Alumni Speaker Series with Lindsay Adler '08 and Lan Luan G'04. Adler is a Fashion Photographer and will speak on Tuesday, Feb. 7th, 7:30 p.m. in the Watson Theater. Luan is a Senior Product Manager, International Marketing for Microsoft Bing and will be on campus Tuesday, Feb. 21, time and location TBA. Please join us at these events.

The Association is an advisory board of alumni elected to promote the general welfare and interests of Syracuse University as an institution with a committment to learning through teaching, research, scholarship, creative accomplishment, and service. Members of the SU Alumni Association Board of Directors are elected based on demonstrated involvement with Syracuse University. National Alumni Association Board Members Syracuse University alumni clubs draw thousands of alums across the nation together to enjoy a broad range of social and educational programming. Events range from faculty speakers to career networking opportunities, from game-watching events to evenings at the theater.

Emme ’85 served as host and Brian Spector ’78, president of the National Alumni Association, presented the awards during the Orange Central Bash. Read more about Marc, Peter, and the other Orange Circle Award winners, the SU/ESF Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and the Beyond Compliance Coordinating Committee.
During Orange Central, Marc Klein ’03 and Peter King ’77 were honored with the Orange Circle Award. Klein was recognized for his tireless effort to establish the James Lyons ’03 Sons and Daughters Memorial Scholarship Fund, and King, for being an innovator of green buildings and for helping to rejuvenate Syracuse.




Four special alumni—Joanne F. Alper '72, S. Richard Fedrizzi G'87, Oren Lyons '58, H'93, and Sean O'Keefe G'78—were honored with the George Arents Award at Orange Central 2011. Click the photos above to learn more about them and to see the videos shown at the event.
