The leave of absence requirements described here reflect the procedures established by the Office of Academic Affairs. Note that some schools/colleges have additional procedures that should be followed. Contact your Dean’s office to determine if your school/college has additional requirements. Leave requests for the next fall semester or the next full academic year are due by November 15. Leave requests for the next spring semester are due by March 1.
